With an entrance that's easy to miss, Champagne Charlies is located in the arches directly underneath Charing Cross station.  Inside is a different world with wood panelling, the brick of the arches, candlelit tables and an exceptional wine list courtesy of Davy's Wine Merchants. Ale is served in copper jugs and pewter tankards, the Port is always decanted and in some ways it's just like stepping back in time.
